This wine alternative features a bold body with a buttery texture. Natural sugars are caramelized which turn this a rich caramel colour and add complexity and depth of flavor. Minerality from kombu is followed by a lingering spice finish. 

Plays well with desserts, cheeseboards and roasted mushrooms.
