Refund policy

If you would like to return any new and unused product for a refund, the product must be returned at your expense; original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Opened products are not eligible for a refund. This includes, yet is not limited to, products with torn packaging, broken cases or partially consumed products. Any and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.

Product(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.

If shipping, please reach out via our contact form with the order number and reason for your return as well as with the return tracking number so that our team can be best prepared to process your return as quickly as possible. Once received and assessed, your return will be processed along with any eligible refunds sent back to the original payment method.
